1. WORK PROFILE: The selected candidate will assist the Bank
in all the matters pertaining to the Information Technology setup of the bank
and provide guidance to the bank with regards to the IT requirements keeping in
mind the ever changing business requirements. He/She will assist the Top
Management of the bank in Technology Core IT Infrastructure, Implementing new
Technology Initiatives, Application Development and IT related operations of
the bank Solution of the bank. The resource person providing in of the bank and
playing a very strategic role in Policy formulation, Technology Planning and
Implementation
2. PERIOD OF CONTRACT extendable at the discretion of the
bank. The contract can be terminated on a 3 months’ notice by either side.

4. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS recognized university approved
by UGC
5. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Well versed with the latest Technologies with
regards to the Banking and Financial Sector Hands on expertise in the following realms
with Banking Perspective Strategy & Architecture, Solution Design, Business
Transformation, IT Application Management, Project Management, Vendor

6. EXPERIENCE:
Experience in transformation/migration activities with regards to Core Banking
(Finacle Version 10.0 or higher) and other IT operations in a Senior Management
Position (minimum General Manager/CIO/CTO/CITO level) At least 10 years
experience in handling day to day operations of a mid/large sized Indian
Scheduled Commercial banks’ Data Centre and similar setups
7. REMUNERATION: Remuneration will be at par with industry
standards and shall not be a constraint for the suitable candidate
8. OTHER FACILITIES:
Travelling expenses / Halting Allowance and Eligibility for stay in hotel while
on official duty, will be as applicable to the General Manager of the bank.
9. SELECTION PROCESS:
a) Selection will be based on Personal Interview b) Candidates will be
shortlisted for the Personal Interview based on their qualifications and relevant
